Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the engineering design team, providing strategic direction and oversight to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Develop and implement a standardized approach to engineering design, ensuring consistency and efficiency across the team.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement changes to processes, tools, and systems to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of engineering solutions with other business functions.
  • Develop and implement training and development plans to enhance the skills and knowledge of the engineering team.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to the CEO and senior leadership team on engineering team performance and progress.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of leading and managing engineering teams.
  • Strong technical expertise in engineering design and development, with experience in product design and development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and implement changes to processes and systems.
  • Experience with Solidworks and other engineering design tools.
