Customer Service Director

Key ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Service Manager to oversee the planning, administration, and review of our customer and after-sales services. Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating closely with our sales team to drive growth in our battery solutions for off-grid power.
- Managing customer orders received via our B2B store and email, ensuring timely follow-up and effective processing.
- Engaging with customers daily via phone, email, and in-person visits to manage and process their requests effectively.
- Building and maintaining strong commercial relationships with customers, establishing trust and reliability.
- Working with the Procurement Manager to provide customers with the best pricing, stock availability, and promotions in line with our marketing strategy.
- Overseeing customer interactions, providing after-sales support, addressing complaints, developing and implementing service policies, and training staff on internal processes.
- Designing and executing after-sales services to monitor customer satisfaction and enhance service quality.
- Tracking sales results and assisting the sales team in meeting service KPIs and sales goals.
- Creating and managing commercial e-communications to engage with our customers.

The Successful Applicant Will HaveThe ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business with advanced knowledge in Project Management. At least 2 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, specifically in customer service and post-sales support, is required. Strong understanding of on-grid and off-grid solar systems, and energy storage solutions in Australia and South American markets, is essential. Proven ability to manage a high volume of emails, meetings, and phone calls with excellent customer service etiquette is necessary. Extensive experience with Unleashed Inventory and CRM Prospect Software is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint) and general Internet usage is essential. Experience working in multinational corporations or large global organizations is desirable. Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both English and Spanish are required. A respectful, customer-focused, and people-oriented demeanour, with a proven ability to thrive in a collaborative environment, is essential. A strong sense of urgency and a proactive attitude is necessary. Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and support the team in achieving KPIs, is required. Solid analytical skills are essential. Willingness to work on-site weekdays is necessary.
