Customer Service Director

Our dedicated team of sales, technicians, and engineers is committed to providing seamless support from enquiry through to installation, ensuring efficient and responsive service.
Key ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Service Manager to oversee the planning, administration, and review of our customer and after-sales services. In this crucial role, you will:
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure top-notch customer relations.
- Collaborate closely with our sales team to drive growth in our battery solutions for off-grid power.
- Manage customer orders received via our B2B store and email, ensuring timely follow-up and effective processing.
- Engage with customers daily via phone, email, and in-person visits to manage and process their requests effectively.
- Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with customers, establishing trust and reliability.
- Work with the Procurement Manager to provide customers with the best pricing, stock availability, and promotions in line with our marketing strategy.
- Oversee customer interactions, provide after-sales support, address complaints, develop and implement service policies, and train staff on internal processes.
- Design and execute after-sales services to monitor customer satisfaction and enhance service quality.
- Track sales results and assist the sales team in meeting service KPIs and sales goals.
- Create and manage commercial e-communications to engage with our customers.

The Successful Applicant Will HaveWe are looking for a candidate with a bachelor's degree in business, advanced knowledge in Project Management, at least 2 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, specifically in customer service and post-sales support, a strong understanding of on-grid and off-grid solar systems, and energy storage solutions in Australia and South American markets, proven ability to manage a high volume of emails, meetings, and phone calls with excellent customer service etiquette, extensive experience with Unleashed Inventory and CRM Prospect Software, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent spoken and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
