About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at Mingara Recreation Club. As a key member of our Destination Leadership Team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing our marketing strategy to drive business growth and engagement with our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with our business objectives and targets our key audience segments.
  • Lead the development of creative assets, including advertising campaigns, social media content, and promotional materials, to support our marketing strategy.
  • Manage and optimize our digital marketing channels, including our website, social media, and email marketing, to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Collaborate with our internal creative studio to develop and implement marketing campaigns that meet our business objectives.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external business partners, media agencies, and suppliers to identify new opportunities and foster innovation.
  • Manage our marketing budget, including planning, execution, and reporting, to ensure effective use of resources.
  • Provide expert leadership and advice to our team, coaching and developing our staff to achieve their full potential.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Marketing Management role, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization.
  • Strong business acumen, with a high level of attention to detail and experience in budget management and strategic planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
