About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our Wholesale Sales Team in Western Australia, South Australia, and the Northern Territory. As the Sales Director for this region, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring the profitable performance of our Wholesale business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a business plan for WA/SA/NT, ensuring action plans lead to successful outcomes.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the market and wholesale channel, leveraging insights to identify sales opportunities for IPD's products and solutions.
  • Provide leadership and supervision to the Wholesale sales team, facilitating their training and development, and ensuring individual sales targets and performance metrics are met.
  • Collaborate with other IPD business units and key customers for market feedback and success.

About You:

  • Experience working in or supporting the Electrical Wholesale channel.
  • Experience leading a geographically diverse external sales team.
  • A strong understanding of the broader Electrical Industry.
  • A high level of written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proven level of competency in the management of KPI's, margins, and sales figures.
