We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager to lead our WA engineering team in developing innovative solutions and driving project success. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for mentoring and developing talent.

  • Oversee Engineering Projects - Ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Lead and Mentor - Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams - Define project requirements and objectives.
  • Manage Resources - Effectively manage budgets, timelines, and risks.
  • Stay Updated - Drive continuous improvement and innovation.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 10+ years of experience in the IT space, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft products, including Office 365, Intune, Active Directory, etc.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and experience in developing and implementing engineering best practices and standards.
  • Solid leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

The successful applicant must be an Australian resident available to work full-time without restrictions.
