About This Role

Join our team and become a key player in tackling complex problems in the financial technology sector. As an Aladdin Client Services Analyst, you will be part of a diverse team with unique skills and experiences, working together to deliver world-class customer service to a global client base.

We are looking for someone with a passion for solving tough problems, who can work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate resilience in the face of challenges. If you have experience in the financial services industry, preferably in a trade support or trading platform support role, and a basic understanding of financial products and instruments, we want to hear from you.

In this role, you will solve client inquiries on Aladdin's trading functionalities across various asset classes, develop expertise in these areas, and work on understanding key requirements from traders at respected investment institutions. You will also use technology to solve problems, leverage service insights, and relay user experience feedback to improve the customer experience and our product.
