Job Overview

This role supports the day-to-day operations and financial management of Private Credit Funds, focusing on fund oversight, financial reporting, and process improvement.

  • A solid understanding of fund accounting principles, financial analysis, and technical knowledge in fund oversight models is essential.
  • Daily cash forecasting, monitoring investment activities, and managing liquidity requirements are key responsibilities.
  • The candidate will oversee capital call and distribution processes, working closely with third-party administrators.
Key Responsibilities

This role requires a high level of technical skill and attention to detail. The successful candidate will:

  • Oversee quarterly NAV reporting packages, including supporting schedules from third-party administrators.
  • Approve investor statements and ensure accurate financial information is provided.
  • Manage annual financial statements and their supporting schedules, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Calculate management fees and performance fees accurately.
  • Monitor fund performance metrics at both fund and asset levels.
  • Produce investor reporting packages, including investment manager's reports and portfolio details reports.
  • Aid the investment team in deal funding processes to ensure timely funding.
  • Maintain fund budgets and expenses align with fund documents and expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for external audits.
  • Prepare investor reporting to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Resolve queries and issues from internal and external stakeholders promptly.

We utilize Aladdin for global reporting needs. Key responsibilities include:

  • Review and resolve accounting exceptions sourced from Aladdin Accounting.
  • Closely work with internal partners to ensure timely and accurate resolution of accounting exceptions.
  • Follow established processes and controls set by management.
  • Demonstrate credibility through proven competency and knowledge of related operational activities.
