About Behaviour Support Services

We provide accessible behaviour support services based on comprehensive assessments and tailored support plan designs.

The Role:

As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will be involved in providing direct behavioural interventions in individual and group sessions.

You will also be responsible for supporting and training employees on clinical techniques.

In addition, you will undertake Clinical Supervision of Core Behaviour Support Practitioners and assist the Regional Clinical Manager as required.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree and/or postgraduate qualifications related to Positive Behaviour Support.

You will also require high-level oral and written communication skills.

Demonstrated time management skills, including managing multiple competing priorities, are essential.
