">Be a part of a dynamic team as an Early Childhood Intervention Specialist, working with children aged 0-9 years on the NDIS. Deliver high-quality care and support under a key worker model, collaborating with a skilled team of allied health professionals. Provide early intervention services in-home, in community settings, and at our local clinic.">Responsibilities">">Provide individualized care and support to families, building trusted partnerships to develop and implement tailored goals and therapy plans. Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech pathologists, physiotherapists, and behaviour support practitioners to deliver comprehensive services. Support children to build skills across developmental areas such as communication, motor skills, daily routines, behaviour, and play.">Requirements">">Bachelor's degree in Education, Disability Studies, or Social Work or Allied Health. At least 1 year experience in Early Intervention or as a Key Worker in the private or public sector. Experience with the NDIS is highly valued. Registration with the relevant governing body.
