Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in assessment and intervention, with a strong focus on supporting individuals in achieving their goals and maximizing NDIS funding.
  • Able to build meaningful relationships with participants and their support networks, including family, carers, and friends.
  • Experience in developing and implementing Behaviour Support Plans using positive behaviour support frameworks and function-based strategies.
  • Strong assessment skills, with the ability to conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBAs).
