An exciting opportunity for an aspiring Behaviour Analyst to complete fieldwork supervision hours in a supportive and purposeful environment.
At The Little Co, we specialise in early intervention and behaviour consulting services for children aged 18 months to 12 years. We work alongside families to foster positive behaviours and support children to achieve their goals across home, kinder, and school environments.
We deliver high-quality Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) services across Melbourne. About the Opportunity
We are excited to welcome an Behaviour Analyst Trainee into our growing programs. Whether you're brand new to the field or looking to consolidate your skills and complete your registration, this role is designed to allow you to grow.
The Role:
- Deliver ABA therapy in home, kinder, and school environments
- Assist in implementing goals and behavioural strategies
- Conduct behavioural and developmental assessments
- Design and put in practice ABA intervention plans and programs 
- Collaborate closely with families and other professionals 
- Participate in regular supervision, training, and clinical meetings
This role is perfect for you if you:
- Are completing or have completed a Master's in Applied Behaviour Analysis
- Are completing or have completed a Master's in Applied Behaviour Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or other behaviour-related field
- Are ready to start or continue your BCBA/CBA fieldwork hours
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and data collection methods
- Love working with children and bring warmth, curiosity, and creativity to your work
- Believe in strength-based, person-led therapy
- Open to learning and is driven by purpose
- Want to be part of a supportive, connected, and forward-thinking team
