Job Overview

The Client Services Supervisor role is an exciting opportunity to lead a small team of support staff in delivering key client functions.

  • Reception and mail handling
  • Electronic records management
  • Customer enquiries and database management

As a supervisor, you will be responsible for training and developing your team members to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their duties effectively.

You will also play a crucial role in responding to client requests and escalations, including providing information on gambling legislation and VGCCC requirements.

Assessing and resolving clients' issues and complaints in a satisfactory manner is another key responsibility of this role.
