The Member and Advice team provides end-to-end customer services to all members, helping them understand, manage, and tailor their retirement savings.

This role involves managing Client Services Coordinators and providing leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Customer Workflow: ensuring compliance with standards and policies, timely and accurate implementation of advice, and effective collaboration between CSCs and Advisers.
  • Provide Team Management: supervision of Client Service Co-ordinators, recruitment and induction of new staff, determining KPIs and targets, training, development, and mentoring, counselling on incidents, and engagement with stakeholders.
