Job Description

The Client Management Team Lead role is a critical position in ensuring the effective operation of our department. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee all activities of the Client Management Team, ensuring high-quality service provision to clients.

This is a fast-paced and dynamic environment where you will assist representatives and deliver solutions-focused results. You will play a key role in responding to internal and external requests, initiating proposals on improving internal processes and customer experiences, and conducting training for the team on areas including dealing with trade disputes and client complaints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of all activities of the Client Management Team to ensure high-quality service provision to clients.
  • Initiation of proposals on improving internal processes and customer experiences to retain active trading accounts and support Sales/HNW teams in obtaining more opportunities.
  • Conducting training for the team on areas including dealing with trade disputes and client complaints.
  • Maintenance of high team morale at all times.
  • Providing comprehensive support to clients and resolving incoming enquiries.
  • Taking responsibility for hiring, coaching, and motivating the team to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Monitoring incoming trading inquiries and client issues via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Conducting trade research/quotes and placing Spot FX, CFD's, and commodity trades.
  • Engaging clients in meaningful dialogue and identifying unstated needs or financial goals that may be achieved by utilizing company services, products, or tools.
  • Built strong relationships with social media partners and maintaining company reputation by reducing client complaints on major media platforms.
  • Liaising with colleagues and partners from both internal and external sources to achieve desired results.
