Senior Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales processes within a global framework, inclusive of reporting sales activity, pipeline, and flows.
  • Manage procedures to track and report sales activity, pipeline, and flows.
  • Collaborate with the Head of APAC Distribution and the Sales Lead Team to set, implement, and track the sales strategy for the Region.
  • Participate in sales forums with leadership to drive enhanced results and support change management and accountability.
  • Deliver analysis that explores trends in client and sales activity.
  • Produce professional-grade presentations and business intelligence for senior management.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years' experience within Asset Management with knowledge of different products and vehicles.
  • Prior experience in a similar sales/analysis or general management position.
  • Previous exposure to Global and APAC working culture and multiple time zones.
  • Interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with all levels of management.
