About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and care to individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualised support and care to clients in their homes or community settings.">
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.">
  • Support clients to maintain their independence and engage in meaningful activities.">
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive client care.">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • Certificate III/IV in Disability Studies or Certificate IV in Ageing Support.">
  • Experience working with individuals with complex needs, including challenging behaviour.">
  • Current Victorian Drivers' License and insurance on private vehicle (for work purposes).">
  • Right to work in Australia and current Police/NDIS Screening Check.">
  • Demonstrated skills in supporting and caring for adults with complex support needs, including verbal and interpersonal communication skills.">
