Support Worker/Care Worker Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to provide high-quality care and support to older Australians in the South Eastern and Northern Suburbs.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our passionate team to deliver exceptional care services, ensuring the dignity and well-being of our clients are paramount.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes or residential facilities
  • Assist with transportation and daily tasks
  • Engage in social activities and build meaningful relationships

Requirements:

  • Experience in Community or Aged Care (new graduates and students encouraged to apply)
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
  • Availability for various shifts and days
  • Valid Australian working rights
  • Police Check (within the last year)
  • Updated Flu Vaccinations or willingness to obtain
  • Evidence of Covid-19 vaccinations and Infection Control Module Certificate as per current requirements
  • Own vehicle and driver's license
  • Ability to speak Italian or Greek if located in northern suburbs
