**Female Support Worker Wanted - Immediate Start**

**Location: Multiple Locations (Eastern: Bayswater, Burwood and Box Hill I South-East: Ormond, Frankston, Langwarrin, Toorak and Chelsea**

We are currently seeking a compassionate, reliable, and motivated **Female Support Worker** to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a real difference in people's lives and is looking for work that offers flexibility with the potential for hours to increase over time.

**About the Role**:

- Immediate start available
- Flexible hours with opportunities to grow based on client needs
- Providing person-centred care and support to clients in their homes and communities
- Assisting clients with daily living activities, personal care, community access, and companionship
- Supporting clients to achieve their personal goals and maintain their independence

**About You**:

- Previous experience in support work or related field preferred (NDIS experience highly regarded)
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Willing and able to travel between client locations
- Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
- Relevant qualifications and checks (or willingness to obtain): NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid & CPR, Working with Children Check, etc.

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
