**Location**: Watermoor Avenue, Kilsyth South VIC
**Client age**:63 years old**
**Start Date**: Saturdays & Sundays September (ongoing, fortnightly)
**Shift Times**: 7:30 AM - 10:30 AM
**Future Possibility**: Additional Monday & Friday shifts

About the Role

We are seeking a **Male support worker** to assist a participant in Kilsyth South. This role requires someone reliable, compassionate, and proactive, who can take initiative and follow the care guide provided.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with **manual handling** using hoist, sling, or board transfers.
- Provide personal care and daily living support.
- Follow participant's support plan and complete tasks efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with the main carer (Carolyn) and provide direct support to the participant.

What We're Looking For
- Male support worker with relevant experience.
- Skilled in **manual handling & transfer techniques** (hoist, sling, board).
- Ability to take initiative and transition smoothly between tasks.
- Compassionate, respectful, and professional approach.

Shifts
- **Fortnightly**: Saturday & Sunday, 7:30 AM - 10:30 AM.
- **Potential to expand**: Monday & Friday shifts in future.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $33.00 - $35.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Support works: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Manual Handling certificate (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
