Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled ICT Support Officer to provide Level 1 - 2 technical support services across our client locations.

This role involves working with clients across ACT sites, providing assistance with specified technologies and other services when requested.

  • Deliver L1 - L2 ICT support services to clients within regional facilities.
  • Offer Level 1 - 2 ICT technical support for other services or sites as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience in end-user L1-L2 ICT support
  • Strong knowledge of specified technologies
  • Australian citizenship
  • Convenient location in Bruce
