At Neami National, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Mental Health Clinical Lead to join our team in Darwin. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a multidisciplinary team of clinicians and intake officers, providing clinical oversight and leadership to deliver high-quality mental health intake, assessment, triage, and referral services.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary range of $106,427 – $123,243 per annum, plus up to $3,500 for relocation assistance and access to professional development grants. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in salary packaging up to $15,900 annually.

About the Role

This permanent part-time position (0.6 FTE) offers flexible work-life balance and a chance to make a real difference in the lives of individuals experiencing mental health issues. As a Mental Health Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for guiding the delivery of high-quality services that meet the needs of our clients. You will ensure that individuals seeking support are referred to a service that is appropriate to their needs and consistent with the 'stepped care' approach.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong background in mental health, with qualifications as a Registered Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, or Registered Nurse. A valid Working with Children Card and Australian Driver's licence are also essential requirements.
