Job Description

We are seeking a Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team in Carpentaria, Darwin.

About the Role

This is a full-time, ongoing opportunity that offers a competitive salary range of $80K – $120k p.a. (plus additional incentives) and up to $3,500 for relocation assistance available for eligible candidates.

Salary and Benefits

The attractive remuneration range is $80K – $120k (negotiable), with benefits including:

  • Up to $3,500 for relocation assistance through NT PHN
  • Salary packaging
  • Flexible working options
  • 5 weeks recreation leave and 17.5% leave loading
Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in relevant Psychology/Occupational Therapy/Social Work/Diploma Community Services
  • Currently assessed as suitable by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission as a Core Behaviour Support Practitioner or above
  • Experience providing services to people with a disability with complex behavioural needs
