SAL Consulting Group is a leading organisation in the field of neurodevelopment, attachment and trauma-informed practice. We are seeking an experienced Clinical Mental Health Professional to join our team in the Northern Territory.

Job DescriptionThis role involves working with individuals with complex needs, providing clinical and behavioural assessments, interventions and support in various settings. You will work collaboratively with clients, families and other professionals to develop and implement effective support plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive clinical and behavioural assessments to inform support planning
- Develop and implement individualised support plans in consultation with clients, families and other professionals
- Provide evidence-based interventions and therapy sessions as required
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress
- Participate in regular supervision and professional development opportunities
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Tertiary qualification in Psychology and full AHPRA registration
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities, mental health issues and/or experiences of trauma who have complex needs
- Experience in providing clinical and/or behaviour assessment, intervention and support in the disability sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong commitment to delivering high-quality support services
This role offers a competitive salary package, including:
- An estimated annual salary of $85,000-$110,000 depending on experience

This role is based in Darwin, Northern Territory, with opportunities to work regionally and remotely. You will be required to hold a current driver's licence and Working with Children Check/National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Worker Screening clearance.
