High Risk Training and Assessment Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Trainer and Assessor to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering training and assessment in EWP (Elevating Work Platform) operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to utilise their skills and knowledge to provide high-quality training and assessment services.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure all training meets the requirements of the relevant training package, industry standards, and VET Quality Framework.
- Assess and address the learning needs of students with support from foundation skills trainers and managers.
- Complete preparation and non-teaching tasks associated with training delivery, including administrative tasks and report provision.
- Hold TLILI0005 Licence to Operate a Boom-Type Elevating Work Platform (Boom length 11 metres or more).
- High risk work licence (WP class).
- WorkSafe VIC accredited Individual Assessor.

- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is essential.
