Job Role: Training and Assessment Specialist for Accounting

We are seeking a qualified professional to deliver training and assessment services in the accounting industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong teaching skills, relevant industry experience, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programs for individuals working in the accounting sector.
  • Evaluate learner performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training meets industry standards.

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Diploma of Accounting or equivalent tertiary qualifications.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122, TAE40116, or TAE40110) along with TAEASS502 and TAELLN401 units.
  • Relevant industry experience and excellent written communication skills.

Desirable Skills:

  • Accounting experience (1 year+).
  • Training and Assessment Certificate.
