High-Risk Service User Specialist

Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide expert advice on the management and treatment of complex, high-risk individuals.
- Clinically lead multi-disciplinary teams and advise on best practices when working with individuals in restricted environments or those identified as violent extremism threats.
- Build strategic partnerships with stakeholders to enhance collaborative approaches and drive decision-making.
- Develop and implement quality assurance initiatives, research projects, and policy recommendations to improve practices for managing high-risk service users, including violent extremism cohorts.
- Advanced knowledge of theoretical frameworks underpinning assessment and treatment for high-risk service users.
- Experience using evidence-based psychometric tools for risk assessment.
- Expertise in treatment modalities, such as CBT, DBT, Schema Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care.
- Strong therapeutic relationship-building skills, empathy, warmth, and directive characteristics.
