Drive business growth by leading community-led demand generation initiatives in the mid-market segment. We are seeking a performance-driven and creative marketing specialist to develop high-impact campaigns that connect with small and medium enterprise buyers.

This key contributor will collaborate closely with sales, product marketing, and the digital team to design and execute localized content, generate demand, and drive qualified pipeline for the SME business. Responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and contributing to discussions on online communities
  • Creating new content relevant to SME buyers
  • Adapting global content to regional context
  • Developing go-to-market strategies tailored to the SME segment
  • Collaborating on content strategies and creating regional content
  • Executing digital ads and campaigns
  • Tracking UTMs and attribution
  • Oversight of review platforms and competitor activities
  • MAPPING AND OPTIMIZING THE SME CUSTOMER JOURNEY

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or community marketing
  • Deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles and SME buyer behavior
  • Strong content creation skills and analytical mindset
