Solution Marketing Specialist

Description:

WorkJam is seeking a performance-driven and creative Solution Marketing Specialist to lead community-led demand generation initiatives for the company's continued growth in the mid-market segment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute high-impact campaigns that connect with small and medium enterprise buyers where they already learn and engage.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product marketing, and the digital team to localize content, generate demand, and drive qualified pipeline for the SME business.
  • Monitor and contribute to discussions on LinkedIn, Reddit, G2, and other online communities; share content, answer questions, spark engagement.
  • Create new content with relevance to SME buyers; adapt global content (blogs, videos, carousels) to APAC context.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to the SME segment, in collaboration with product marketing.
  • Track UTMs, attribution, conversion rates, and performance metrics; share insights with the global demand team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree in marketing or digital strategy is a plus.
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or community marketing.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles and SME buyer behavior, particularly in Australia and New Zealand, with ability to scale globally.
  • Proven success in driving pipeline through Reddit, LinkedIn, reviews sites, and niche online communities.
  • Strong content creation skills, including short-form video, memes, and carousel formats.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and reporting.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Digital teams and to work independently with a team in North America.
