Your Role:We're seeking a performance-driven Solution Marketing Specialist to spearhead community-led demand generation initiatives for continued growth in the mid-market SME segment.
This role is ideal for a digital-first marketer with expertise in B2B SaaS, community engagement, content repurposing, and paid media across Reddit, LinkedIn, industry forums, and review platforms like G2.
As a key contributor to the global demand generation team, you'll design and execute high-impact campaigns connecting with small and medium enterprise buyers where they learn and engage.
- Community Engagement: Monitor and contribute to discussions on LinkedIn, Reddit, G2, and other online communities, sharing content, answering questions, and sparking engagement.
- Content Creation & Localization: Create new content relevant to SME buyers, adapting global content, blogs, videos, carousels to APAC context.
- Go-to-Market Strategy Execution: Collaborate with product marketing to develop and execute tailored go-to-market strategies for the SME segment.
- SEO & Content Strategy Alignment: Work with the global marketing team on content strategies, creating regional content supporting organic growth and aligning with keyword strategies.
- Paid Campaigns: Execute digital ads and campaigns targeting SMEs.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track UTMs, attribution, conversion rates, and performance metrics, sharing insights with the global demand team.
- Review Platform Management: Oversee WorkJam's presence on G2 and other review platforms, driving review collection to maintain strong ratings.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and positioning in the SME space.
- Sales Collaboration: Regularly work with the APAC sales and business development team for leads.
