Solution Marketing Specialist Role Overview

This is a senior-level position focused on developing community-led demand generation initiatives for growth in the mid-market segment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Community Engagement: Participate in online discussions on LinkedIn, Reddit, and G2; share content, answer questions, and spark engagement.
  • Content Creation & Localization: Develop new content relevant to small-medium enterprise (SME) buyers; adapt global content to APAC context.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy Execution: Collaborate with product marketing to design and implement go-to-market strategies tailored to the SME segment.
  • SEO & Content Strategy Alignment: Work with the global marketing team to develop content strategies and create regional content that supports organic growth and aligns with keyword strategies.
  • Paid Campaigns: Execute digital ads and campaigns targeting SMEs.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track UTMs, attribution, conversion rates, and performance metrics; share insights with the demand team.
  • Review Platform Management: Oversee the company's presence on G2 and other review platforms; drive review collection to maintain strong ratings.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and positioning in the SME space.
  • Sales Collaboration: Regularly work with the APAC sales and business development team for lead transfer, qualification, and feedback to refine outreach and messaging.
  • Customer Journey Optimization: Map and optimize the SME customer journey from awareness to conversion.
  • Persona Development: Refine and maintain detailed buyer personas for SME decision-makers.
