- You are fluent across channels like Google Ads, paid social, events, and partnerships, and you know how to optimize for ROI.
- You are commercially minded with CAC payback, pipeline contribution, and customer LTV being second nature to you.
- You are hands-on, proactive, and comfortable introducing playbooks and systems in a lean team.
- You are humble, hungry, and smart.
- You are a team player who wants the business to succeed.
