Job Title: Demand Generation LeadThis is a part-time Marketing and Sales job function with a 12-month contract. As the Demand Generation Lead, you will be responsible for building awareness, driving acquisition, and reducing churn across our audiences of subcontractors, suppliers, and builders.You will play a key role in diversifying our channels beyond Google Ads, scaling predictable pipeline growth, and strengthening lifecycle conversion and retention.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • You have a proven track record of delivering measurable demand generation results in B2B SaaS or marketplace environments.
  • You are fluent across channels like Google Ads, paid social, events, and partnerships, and you know how to optimize for ROI.
  • You are commercially minded with CAC payback, pipeline contribution, and customer LTV being second nature to you.
  • You are hands-on, proactive, and comfortable introducing playbooks and systems in a lean team.
  • You are humble, hungry, and smart.
  • You are a team player who wants the business to succeed.
