Job Title: Credit Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Credit Controller to manage accounts receivable, minimize overdue balances and debts, and resolve internal and external queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbox inquiries and respond promptly
  • Minimize overdue balances and debts through effective communication and negotiation
  • Perform payment allocations when required
  • Resolve both internal and external queries in a timely manner
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports to ensure accurate financial information
  • Meet individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to achieve optimal results

Requirements:

  • Accounting or Credit background ideal but not essential
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Efficient time management in a high volume/fast-paced environment
