Credit Operations Specialist

About the role:
We are seeking a skilled Credit Operations Specialist to manage daily credit operations on a fixed term, full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage collections with clients, including high-value transactions and reviewing credit limits.
- Produce daily reports to ensure accounts are well-maintained and credit risks are minimized.
- Collaborate with branch teams and management to resolve client issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous commercial credit experience with a solid understanding of debt recovery processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Sound MS Office skills, including data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to make sound decisions based on available data and take a firm stand.
- Integrity and honesty in all interactions.
