Credit Operations Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Credit Operations professional to manage end-to-end credit control and accounts receivable for Australia and New Zealand.
- Managing credit control and accounts receivable for Australia and New Zealand, ensuring timely and accurate allocation of customer payments to debtor's accounts.
- Processing receipts, allocations, and reconciliations of debtors' accounts with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Effective communication with customers through outgoing collection calls to resolve payment discrepancies.
- Meeting monthly debt collection targets as per key performance indicators (KPI).
To excel in this role, you will have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in credit operations from either an ASX listed company or corporate environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent communication skills, are essential. Advanced knowledge of Excel and working with large datasets would be highly desirable. Collections experience is also advantageous.
You will be responsible for managing a diverse range of tasks, including:
- Debt recovery and collections;
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable management;
- Billing and invoicing;
- Customer service and relations.
