Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Credit Collection Specialist to join our team. This is a dynamic role that requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

As a Credit Collection Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a dedicated debtor ledger, driving the reduction of overdue balances, and performing accurate account reconciliation.

You will also be responsible for undertaking additional tasks as needed to secure timely invoice payments and collections, providing key insights and feedback to the Credit Team Leader regarding collection activities, and following up on agreed actions with customers to ensure successful collections.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the business's financial performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Previous credit control experience of at least 2 years.
  • Intermediate to advanced level understanding of Microsoft Applications such as Excel and Outlook.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong ability to work with numbers.
  • Strong understanding of receivables fundamentals.
  • Open honest communication.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Multitasking.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks.
