Job Title: Collections and Credit Management Specialist

Job Opportunity:

We have an exciting opening for a Collections and Credit Management Specialist to join our team.

As a Collections and Credit Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a high-volume ledger in a fast-paced environment.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Telephone and email collection
  • Daily account management
  • Maintaining credit hold accounts on a timely basis
  • Cash Allocation
  • Customer enquiries
  • Account setup analysis and troubleshooting
  • Liaising with Sales Account Managers to manage account issues
  • Detecting and preventing fraudulent transactions

About the Role:

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Accounts Receivable or a related field
  • 'CAN DO' attitude and ability to think outside the box
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate MS Excel skills
  • Attention to detail and time management skills
