Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Technical Solutions Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a technical pre-sales / sales engineering or professional services role in a large & dynamic enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

  1. Partner closely with one or more Sales Executives and support the entire customer journey.
  2. Serve as a trusted advisor to aligned accounts, technical teams, and business stakeholders throughout the customer lifecycle.
  3. Exhibit strong communication skills through effective presentations, demos, technical engagements, and workshops.
  4. Guide customers through a value realization journey aligned to their strategic priorities.
  5. Demonstrate the business value of our solutions in solving the customer's business problems.
  6. Contribute to customer success through regular participation in activities such as QBRs, cadence calls, and roadmap sessions.
  7. Drive expansion within current product lines and promote the adoption of multi-product integrated solutions.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure success throughout the customer journey.
  9. Provide authoritative guidance on DevOps concepts and maintain technology expertise.

Requirements

  1. Experience in a technical pre-sales / sales engineering or professional services role in a large & dynamic enterprise environment.
  2. Technical expertise in understanding concepts and technologies in DevOps, IT operations, security, cloud, microservices, containers, and scheduling platforms.
  3. Proven experience with implementing software products or solutions in large and dynamic enterprise companies.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts.
  5. Demonstrated ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop innovative solutions.
  6. Ability to travel as needed, with domestic and occasional international travel required.
