Job Role:

This role combines two key areas – Unified Communications and Networks. As a Technical Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting cutting-edge collaboration solutions to Federal Government and Enterprise customers.

You'll work closely with stakeholders, delivery teams, and technical specialists to ensure seamless service delivery. Your focus will be on developing and maintaining UC platforms, particularly Microsoft Teams, and network technologies like Cisco and Fortinet.

  • Deliver comprehensive collaboration solutions, from discovery and planning to implementation and transition to production
  • Provide expert technical support and escalation for managed services aligned to Service Level Agreements
  • Collaborate with internal teams and customer stakeholders to achieve successful delivery and ongoing service improvement
  • Maintain and update technical documentation, disaster recovery plans, and change management records
  • Drive automation and efficiency through DevOps practices and scripting
  • Operate within an ITIL-based service management framework
  • Represent the organization on customer premises, working in partnership to achieve shared goals

About You:

  • Australian citizenship (mandatory) and eligibility for government security clearance (NV1 highly desirable)
  • Microsoft Teams certification and hands-on experience with UC platforms (essential)
  • Strong understanding of network technologies – Cisco, Fortinet, Riverbed, etc.
  • Experience with Cisco UC Manager, CUBE/SBC, Polycom RealPresence, and Cisco Telepresence
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and perform under pressure
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices and service management environments
  • DevOps mindset with a focus on automation and continuous improvement
  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Collaborative attitude with a passion for delivering results
