We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Technical Solutions Specialist to support our customers with technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To resolve complex technical problems, the specialist will analyze incidents, collect detailed problem descriptions, traces and log files, and replicate the issue.
  • The specialist will communicate progress to clients while ensuring all related records are properly updated in our CRM system.
  • Cross-collaboration with developers and peers is essential for daily success.
  • The specialist will share best practices for utilizing and deploying software products to maximize customer value.
  • Meeting support KPI targets and SLAs is crucial.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Fluency in Japanese is an asset.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a technical client-facing role is necessary.
  • General software troubleshooting skills and broad experience in logical problem-solving are expected.
  • Familiarity with client-server architecture is important.
  • Experience working with and troubleshooting web-based applications is essential.
  • The ability to communicate complex technical instructions clearly to people with limited experience is vital.
