Data Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management professional to support our Defence programs across the capability lifecycle in Brisbane or Canberra.

  • The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Data Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Key Responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and implementing effective data management frameworks, policies, and procedures aligned with Defence and Commonwealth standards.
  2. Ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and traceability across technical, engineering, and logistics domains.
  3. Managing structured and unstructured data, including technical documentation, drawings, and specifications throughout the system lifecycle.
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimise data governance and utilisation.
  5. Supporting the establishment and maintenance of secure, accessible data repositories with appropriate metadata, version control, and access protocols.
