Business Development Specialist - Power Solutions

Our organization is seeking a skilled Business Development Specialist to lead the sales of power solutions within designated markets.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Understanding key business drivers, including business risks and customer needs.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies by providing customers with current business plans.
  • Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to promote product understanding.
  • Selling products to customers, focusing on volume, mix, and profitability targets.
  • Creating added value for customers and ensuring transaction success.

A minimum of 5 years' experience in technical sales and business development is required. Experience in critical power, secure power, and field service is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will possess negotiation and influencing skills, as well as an extensive network with strong relationships with customer channels.
