Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. This exciting opportunity will involve managing key customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement business growth strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY CUSTOMERS TO UNDERSTAND THEIR NEEDS AND PROVIDE SOLUTIONS THAT MEET THOSE NEEDS
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and market analysis
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies
- Excellent business development skills and a proven track record of success
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Well-versed in stakeholder management and conflict resolution
- Knowledge of the building and construction industry an advantage but not essential
