Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert coaching and guidance to clients on a weekly basis.
Your primary goal will be to help clients achieve their personal and business objectives by offering practical business management advice and support.
You will work closely with clients to identify areas for improvement and develop tailored coaching solutions that meet their unique needs and requirements.
A successful Business Development Specialist will possess strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate clients to reach their full potential.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing expert coaching and guidance to clients on a weekly basis.
- Identifying areas for improvement and developing tailored coaching solutions.
- Working closely with clients to understand their unique needs and requirements.

- Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Proven experience in providing coaching and guidance to clients.
- Strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills.
- The ability to inspire and motivate clients to reach their full potential.
- A dedicated home office with reliable broadband is required.
