About the Role

The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Director, including:

  • Managing client relationships and communications
  • Coordinating office and team operations, including facilities, technology, and recruitment
  • Sourcing and scheduling training and development opportunities
  • Ensuring the Director's brand and reputation are maintained through excellent client experience and marketplace interactions
  • Acting as a conduit of information between staff and departments
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Manager
  • Real Estate experience or property trading background, with knowledge of processes and transaction requirements
  • Excellent energy, capacity to operate at a high level, and a positive, proactive nature
  • Easy commute to the Upper North Shore
