We are seeking an experienced Executive Architectural Lead to join our team at Ivory Group.

About the Company

Ivory Group is a boutique studio located in the heart of Crows Nest, where collaboration and open communication are key. We create quality design solutions for our repeat clients within the low-density residential, aged care, and community sectors.

About the Position

As Executive Architectural Lead, you will be responsible for leading your team to achieve excellence in the early stages and post-DA stages of all projects. You will liaise with clients and coordinate with consultants to ensure seamless delivery of a variety of projects.

Duties

  • Encourage your team to assist you every step of the way
  • Work with the client on concepts and manage their expectations
  • Create feasibility studies and manage the financials of the project
  • Oversee post-DA stages and ensure correct delivery of them

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Skills and Experience

  • Achieved architectural registration is highly valued
  • Proven expertise with ArchiCAD in local projects
  • Energetic, positive, ambitious, and driven personality
  • Residential experience is a must
