Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Returnable Packaging Operations Coordinator to join Team Global Express. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth management of returnable packaging systems across multiple locations.

About the Role:

  • Oversee and report on all returnable packaging data, ensuring accuracy and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with sites and the RP Support Manager to track packaging movements and optimize inventory levels.
  • Provide recommendations to business units to optimize returnable packaging usage and improve operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular audits and reconciliations of returnable packaging equipment to ensure compliance and minimize losses.
  • Support with packaging orders, repairs, replacements, and location tracking to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for all returnable packaging processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Experience in inventory, logistics, or packaging operations, with a focus on data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong data analysis skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially Excel, to analyze and present data insights.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including business units and sites.
  • A proactive problem-solving approach with a solutions-oriented mindset to drive process improvements and optimize packaging utilization.
