About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Management Analyst to join our team at Team Global Express. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth management of returnable packaging systems.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in inventory management, logistics, and data analysis, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. They will be responsible for overseeing the accuracy of data related to returnable packaging across multiple locations, collaborating with sites and the RP Support Manager to track packaging movements, and providing recommendations to business units to optimize returnable packaging usage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Accuracy: Oversee and report on all returnable packaging data to ensure accuracy and meet KPIs.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with sites and the RP Support Manager to track packaging movements and provide recommendations to business units.
  • Audit and Reconciliation: Conduct regular audits and reconciliations of returnable packaging equipment.
  • Packaging Support: Support with packaging orders, repairs, replacements, and location tracking.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Act as the subject matter expert for all returnable packaging processes.

What You'll Bring:

  • Inventory Experience: Proven experience in inventory management, logistics, or packaging operations.
  • Data Analysis Skills: Strong data analysis skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially Excel, and other relevant software tools.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this role is $85,000 - $105,000, depending on experience.
