**Woods & Co **have partnered with Australia's largest specialty homewares retailer with over 180 stores nationally. The stores are the only destination for all cooking, baking, entertaining, homewares and gift giving essentials.
The Return to Work and OHS Coordinator role assists in supporting the National OHS & Compliance Manager to provide support and advice to the Retail and Head Office Management teams surrounding workers compensation, OHS best practise and return to work Legislative requirements.

**What do you do**:
- Work collaboratively to develop strategies that are long term focused, based around injury management, prevention and a timely return to work.
- Prepare tailored Return to Work plans that factor each employees capacity.
- Liaise directly with agents, medical providers, injured team and their reporting managers regarding rehabilitation.
- Undertake financial reconciliation.
- Process treatment accounts for approved WorkCover claims.
- Participate in the Workplace Health and Safety Committee by reporting injury trends
**What do you need**:
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in Health Safety & Return to Work roles
- Experience conducting risk and incident assessments, safety audits and inspections
- Nationally accredited RTW Coordinator certificate and accreditation documentation required
- Hands on, practical experience in managing safety in the Retail, Manufacturing or similar environment
