Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Professional to join our APAC sales team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inbound sales for our hospitality venues based in the APAC market, working closely with merchants to build rapport and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted account manager to customers inquiring about our offerings, understanding their requirements and providing value-added solutions.
  • Build trust and rapport, demonstrating active listening to support upselling and maximize account growth.
  • Guide qualifying customers through their upgrade path from basic to advanced platforms.
  • Demonstrate software solutions and capabilities.
  • Responsible for reactive upsell from inbound sales and expanding recurring revenue.
Requirements:
  • Experience in account management, sales development or similar roles with a sales quota.
  • Understanding of consultative sales in a SaaS environment.
  • Ability to use technology to manage pipelines.
  • Entrepreneurial approach; working efficiently and effectively.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
